"How durable are the blades?"

These sabers are dueling-grade. This means they can withstand fierce attacks from other sabers. The blades are made of polycarbonate which makes them extremely durable and ready for combat.

"How do I operate my new saber?"

Sabers are packaged with an instruction manual. This manual explains how to change the RGB color of the blade, adjust volume, cycle through sound effects, and much more!

"What is included when I buy a saber?"

Each saber comes with a blade, hilt with preinstalled electronics, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, charging cable, hex key allen wrench, retention screws, and an instruction card.

"How long will my saber run after a full charge?"

On average, the saber can consistently run for 2 hours. Afterwards, the battery needs around 150 minutes to recharge. For best results, use the charging cable included with the saber.

"Can I stock these sabers at my store?"

Nat20 Sabers arranges deals with store owners upon inquiry. The order will be shipped after the store information has been verified and an agreement is signed. Contact customer service for more information.

"What is your return policy?"

Products may be returned and exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact customer support within 30 days of receiving the defective product to agree on an appropriate exchange.

"Does my saber come with a warranty?"

All dueling-grade blades have a lifetime warranty. If a blade breaks while being used as intended, it will be replaced free of charge. If the replaced blade incurs damage, repairs will be at the buyer's expense.
