Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Nat20 Sabers ships all products through priority mail via USPS. This ensures products are delivered with care, and at an affordable price for customers. If a product arrives damaged or stolen, please contact customer service immediately. All shipments are insured to ensure that regardless of what happens in transit, you will receive your promised product or your money back!

Return Policy

Standard Policy

Nat20 Sabers accepts exchanges for orders that are incorrect, malfunctioning, or have been damaged upon arrival. Customers have 30 days upon receipt of the product to contact customer service for an exchange if any issues occur. All fully functioning products are not eligible for return.

Warranty at Nat20 Sabers

Our Warranty

Nat20 Sabers sells heavy dueling grade baselit sabers and medium dueling grade xenopixel sabers. The warranties for these depends on the type of saber you purchase from us. Please see below for warranty details for each of these saber models. If you are not sure which type of warranty applies to your saber, or have questions about our warranty, please send us a message on nat20sabers.com, or send us an email at nat20sabers@gmail.com. warranty only applies to Nat20 Sabers products. Must provide proof of purchase to qualify for warranty service.

Heavy Dueling Grade Baselit Sabers

Heavy dueling grade baselit sabers have a lifetime warranty for the blade and a 1 year warranty for electronics by default (An extended warranty for the electronics can be purchased for $20 for an additional year and $30 more for 2 additional years). All baselit blades are warrantied against breaks and defects for life (some exclusions apply. See below for details). If you break a blade, you can request 1 replacement blade absolutely free! If you break the blade again, you can purchase a replacement blade at cost plus shipping. Electronics are warrantied against manufacturers defects for 1 year unless you purchase an extended warranty for an additional 1 or 2 years. Warranty for electronics is voided due to liquid damage, altering the product, and/or  intentional damage/ abuse. Blade warranty coverage is voided due to liquid damage, altering the product, intentional damage/ abuse, and/ or striking other objects than another polycarbonate saber blade. Warranty is voided when striking other objects such as, but not limited to, metal, concrete, or other non-polycarbonate material.

Medium Dueling Grade Xenopixel, Neopixel, And Profie Models

Xenopixel, Neopixel, and Profie sabers have a 1 year warranty for electronics by default (An extended warranty for the electronics can be purchased for $20 for an additional year and $30 more for 2 additional years). Electronics are warrantied against manufacturers defects for 1 year unless you purchase an extended warranty for an additional 1 or 2 years. Warranty for electronics is voided due to liquid damage, altering the product, and/or  intentional damage/ abuse. Due to sensitive electronics  contained within the blade for Xenopixel, Neopixel, and Profie models, these blades are not warrantied against damages and only have the 1 year electronics warranty for manufacturers defects. Excessive force can damage blade electronics. Replacement blades due to damages can be purchased by contacting us via email.

Privacy Policy

Nat20 Sabers will NEVER sell customer's personal information to third parties. Intended use for such information is solely to fulfil intended orders. Information gathered will only be used to update customer's about their orders. The company can also send updates about special deals and promotions with consent from the customer. The only information Nat20 Sabers will ever request from the customer is their name, phone number, and mailing address. As always, these credentials are kept private and never shared with any party outside of Nat20 Sabers.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Nat20 Sabers accepts cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped. Cancellations are not accepted after the product has shipped. Nat20 Sabers will accept refunds on products that are out of stock after an order has been placed. Sabers that arrive damaged or malfunctioning are eligible for exchange, but cannot be refunded. If the style of the damaged saber is no longer in stock, we will accept a return and refund due to lack of product availability. Nat20 Sabers also does not issue refunds for shipping costs due to lengthy shipping times. Please contact the delivery carrier with all inquiries regarding reimbursements for shipping delays.
